The Freedom Tree at IDR is leading the way to address issues of poverty, hunger, education, and employement in Winston-Salem. Click here to follow our journey to develop a community co-operative to meet the needs of disadvantaged people in our city.

is a branch of the IDR that operates congruently to nurture and develop individuals, corporations, and institutions in Winston-Salem to be more inclusive, diverse, and authentic in their representation and interactions within the community. The Freedom Tree functions specifically under the practice of "thought leadership" to move and inspire people into transforming ideas into reality.
